T-1 Construction did an amazing job adding on a lower deck to our existing deck. They were professional, quick, and at a very reasonable price. They even went above and beyond getting the permits for us as well as ensuring the work passed the county inspection. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a deck put in!

Todd repaired dry rot all around the exterior of the house in preparation for complete exterior painting. He also installed shake shingles in my gables which look fantastic! He installed new doors and changed all the door handles/locks. He replaced/repair my deck and railing and built new stairs I needed to a fire pit area. He also finished some trim in the house that I needed as well as repairing some damaged drywall. He built new doors for my garden shed and repaired the dry rot on that building as well. He is reasonable, honest, helpful and flexible as I kept adding tasks to his list. Highly recommend!Services: Trim carpentry services
