Although I've known Heather for years, I had to move my horses here due to the closure of my barn in Cary. Despite the longish drive from my house, I am thoroughly satisfied with the overall experience, making the drive genuinely worthwhile. For 17 years we have been full-time RV'rs and we were having a problem with some of our 12v lighting working and some were not working. I called and they scheduled an appointment for the following morning. Prior to them arriving I found the issue and was able to resolve the problem myself. I called to cancel the service and found out they were already half way here, so I offered to compensate them for their time and fuel. They said don't worry about it, and thanked me for calling to cancel. He came the next day at the time discussed, right on time.
