“I called about some issues I was having with a piercing I got in another shop, and they immediately fit me in and Tim was able to remove the jewelry and replace it with one that fit better. Super kind, the piercing already feels so much more comfortable. I cannot say enough good things. Will definitely be coming here for future piercings :)“
