“I would not go anywhere in WNC other than high noon. Jordan has done all of my face piercings exceptionally well. She makes you feel comfortable and always does a fantastic job. She is there to answer all of my questions and is nothing but kind. I always tell all of my friends to go to high noon is they are looking for piercings. Hoping to get my next tattoo here as well!“
