I have known Bret Covher, Owner of Carolina Builders Services, since about 2003 which is around the time he started his business. He is now one of the largest Builders in the area. In my development, Featherstone, (56 – Lots average size 3.2ac.) Bret built 2, high end, upscale Timber Frame homes starting in 2006 (+/-). Since then, Bret has built 7 more for a total of 9 and is getting ready to start another one in a couple weeks which will be a total of 10. Many of these homes are very high end. I would highly recommend Carolina Builder Services. They were fantastic to work with, very organized and professional, kept me updated on a routine basis. I was out of town during the project, so it was imperative to have someone who would communicate & send photo updates along the way. Nothing but great things to say about this company and would definitely use them again in the future!

We’ve had a long-term relationship with Carolina Builder Services, and that continuity speaks for itself. As is common in construction, there have been occasional hiccups along the way, but Bret and his team have consistently returned to address and resolve any issues—something that’s not always guaranteed in this industry. Bret Covher is a highly talented builder who also brings a strong design sensibility, creating homes that are both functional and visually compelling.
