About Robinson Health Clinic
The Robinson Health Clinic is a healthcare provider that offers a mixed experience for patients. The staff is generally described as pleasant and polite, with some employees going "above and beyond" to assist patients, such as a nurse who helped connect a patient with an interpreter. However, there have been some issues with check-in processes and insurance-related problems that could not always be resolved. Overall, the clinic seems to provide a competent level of care, with a specialty provider receiving high praise, but there are also some organizational challenges that can impact the patient experience.
I would like to sincerely thank Kineshia McRavin for her outstanding care and professionalism. After I sent a message through the patient portal, she called me back the very next day.
What stood out to me was not only her professionalism but also her kindness and compassion. She took the time to listen carefully, explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, and make sure all of my questions were answered. I never felt rushed. Instead, I felt that she genuinely cared about helping me and understanding exactly what I needed.

every time i walk into this clinic i am always welcomed by every provider and well cared for. there’s this one young man who always finds a way to make everyone smile with his jokes. all nurses make sure we get the best care we could ask for. they make the process quick and easy in order to get seen as well. so thank you robinson health clinic for your continued support in this broken soldiers life.
I’ve been going to this clinic since 2022 and I’ve had the best experience. The PCM’s and Medics are always very attentive, compassionate and 100% judgement-free. Their staff is always helpful when it comes to any questions I may have and scheduling purposes. Of course, we can’t forget the guy with the dad jokes on speed dial ready to put a smile on everyone’s face!
