About Robinson Health Clinic
The Robinson Health Clinic is a healthcare provider that offers a mixed experience for patients. The staff is generally described as pleasant and polite, with some employees going "above and beyond" to assist patients, such as a nurse who helped connect a patient with an interpreter. However, there have been some issues with check-in processes and insurance-related problems that could not always be resolved. Overall, the clinic seems to provide a competent level of care, with a specialty provider receiving high praise, but there are also some organizational challenges that can impact the patient experience.
My first time here and definitely my last. The worst experience I’ve had in my 10 years of service. I was dealing with a horrible virus that caused severe congestion and nonstop coughing for over a month. I went to this clinic expecting help, but the nurse literally copy-pasted the same prescription a previous doctor had already given me — the same one I clearly explained was not working at all. His response was basically, “that’s how we treat it.” 🤷🏼♂️
No real evaluation, no concern, no attempt to find another solution. Completely disappointing experience and honestly felt like my concerns were ignored.
Just got hung up on by a rude unprofessional disrespectful scheduling assistant. I’ve been having some health concerns and all she said was that’s a walk in issue and full on hung up the phone while I was talking to her, she had the most rude attitude and act like she didn’t hear me either.
Excellent care at Robinson Clinic, especially the chiropractic team. Huge shoutout to Mikey — he is absolutely outstanding. Knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about patient outcomes. He takes the time to listen and makes a real difference with each visit.
Highly recommend Robinson Clinic, and especially the chiro services.
