He researched my situation and found I had an extended labor warranty, but it meant I had to use someone else to do the repair to benefit from it. He wasn't obligated to tell me, he could've just taken the business. I will absolutely be reaching out to him for anything else in the future.

He followed up within that time and when it looked like the weather was not going to cooperate, he contacted me right away to let me know he wanted to do it the day before. I have boarded my dogs there several times. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The dogs must love it too, I have never seen dogs so excited in my life! And not just my own dogs, but even other dogs that have walked in couldn't wait to go and have some fun!

When I came home from work last night I found my dog in respiratory distress. We rushed her to western Carolina regional animal hospital. After some testing and hard discussions with the team we had to make the gut wrenching decision to let our girl go. The entire team was absolutely wonderful. Cinnamon and Dr. Z explained everything to us and never made us feel pressured to do anything we were not prepared to do. It was an awful situation, but I am thankful for their compassion.
