From the customer service to the technicians (Shout out to Chris), everyone is so knowledgeable and accommodating. I have already recommended Terminix to a half dozen others in the community.
The customer service was outstanding. The technician who came out to treat my house was polite, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly how to treat the situation and completed the job quickly. I will have Terminix as my exterminator for all future needs.
I would like to share our experience with Terminix Flat Rock office. We have been with Terminix for over 25 years and have been satisfied with the overall service. However with the addition of Matthew Gant to the team the service provided by Terminix has even gotten better. Matthew is new to the company and now begun servicing our home and he is the best we have ever had.
