The staff has been professional and responsive whenever I've had a question. It’s nice to rent from a local team that actually knows the Hendersonville/Flat Rock area well. Highly recommend!
We had Scotty and his crew mulch a large area of my yard. We were impressed with his promptness on when he said they would arrive, the care they took going around our trees and bushes. and how quickly the job was done… and the cleanup afterwards, so much so we are having them come back to aerate , seed the and fertilizer the lawn all at a fair price … what more can I say, but thanks guys….
We have been so blessed to find Paw Pleasers. They have been so accommodating to our schedule. The dogs absolutely love going there. My wife and I feel like they get first class treatment. Unfortunately having a few health issues I’ve had to leave them several times on very short notice. Ever time we needed to leave Patrick was there and adjusted his schedule so we could drop off or picked up the dogs as needed. Constantly kept in contact with us. Updating us on their conditions along with pictures. I would absolutely give Paul pleasers five stars. Thank you, Patrick! Bill and Beverly.
The company who installed my Generac doesnt do the service, and the only service company they would recommend was Dewayne. I texted one week, and called the next. He scheduled me for the following week, showed up right on time, did a thorough job, and was very polite and professional to boot. He emailed a detailed receipt, which I used to updated my warranty with Generac. I will definitely use Dewayne in the future.
Dawn Driscoll and her team are truly talented. They have quite the eye for attention to detail and space. They reimagined our master bathroom layout and tripled our cabinet space which was much needed! Surprisingly, our bathroom looks twice as large. The transformation was amazing!

We love this place! The staff is incredibly sweet and caring — it’s clear they truly love what they do. The facility is always spotless and well maintained, which gives me so much peace of mind. Most importantly, my dog Nora absolutely loves going there. She gets excited the moment we pull into the driveway! I’m so grateful to have found a place where she feels happy, safe, and loved.
When I came home from work last night I found my dog in respiratory distress. We rushed her to western Carolina regional animal hospital. After some testing and hard discussions with the team we had to make the gut wrenching decision to let our girl go. The entire team was absolutely wonderful. Cinnamon and Dr. Z explained everything to us and never made us feel pressured to do anything we were not prepared to do. It was an awful situation, but I am thankful for their compassion.
Everyone is friendly and professional. It is very clean. I’ve been coming here for years and I love it.
