This guy need to be listed higher on the recommended page, I’ve never left a review on anything but I had to take the time for this gentleman, he made sure my family’s A/C was back up asap while I’m out of the state and was very thorough in his explanation and adapted to the customer which I appreciated greatly. Wow! Excellent response and service. Go 2 Hvac is now my go-to. Steven was polite, professional, and explained everything he was doing. Fixed my A/C and provided some practical advice to avoid future issues.
Steven took his time in the cold to make sure I had heat. He made two stops on a Sunday and on the second stop he called in a favor to make sure I didn’t go another day without heat. I am confident that if I call him and the technicians at Go 2 HVAC they will resolve all concerns by and means necessary.
