Dr. McDowell is extremely thorough in finding out exactly where your pain is coming from, reassuring you that he's not going to do anything to put you in discomfort, fully explaining every step of the process including why certain parts are hurting based on your injury that you may not understand prior. He continues to make sure you're fully educated the entire way through and goes out of his way to ensure that each visit leaves you feeling heard, validated, and in less pain. Even when my treatment is over I will definitely be using them for alignments and when needed.“
