I had a water problem and with 2 very short visits, the problem was solved! Cameron came on Saturday, was very professional
and had the problem diagnosed quickly. He came back on Monday with another worker (sorry I didn’t get his name), and in a very short period of time, the problem was solved!
They were efficient and professional…. I will
definite call McKenzie’s again!

We had an emergency water issue early in the morning in our garage! I Called McKenize plumbing before normal business hours and Lisa answered. Lisa gave great customer service - calm and polite and assured me they would take care of it. Mac was our technician that serviced us . He was excellent - explained everything that needed to be done thoroughly! He ran out to to get the part promptly and kept me updated as I was running my children around to their schools and appointments! He fixed what was vital and gave suggestions on what could be done further if we wanted to without the 'sales pitch' approach. HIGHLY recommend - wonderful family run company 👌🏽!!
