This the second time I have used your business. And both times I was well pleased with the outcome. The job today to me was a big job but the young man you sent Mr. Shawn Moore was great about and explained everything to me and all I did was sit back with no worry. The times we did talk he was very pleasant. If I have anymore problems I will be sure to call and also tell people I was happy with the service.

We had a blocked pipe in our house late on a Saturday night that backed up the whole house. Due to medical issues we really needed it fixed that night. The tech Zac called us back within an hour of us contacting Roto-Rooter and came out that night and had us flushing again by 11:00 PM. He was very polite and worked hard and thoroughly to get us fixed making sure everything was flowing properly before he left.Chris B in Fayetteville

Technicians Todd, Blake and and Nate were all very professional on the job and did amazing work in a timely manner. They were also able to answer any questions i had when they were here. I would definitely have them come back for future work.
