I’d give 0 stars if that was an option. Everytime I go up there the staff has an attitude and talks to me like I’m stupid or talks over me. I thought it was an isolated incident but its been everytime. I’m always pleasantly surprised when I talk to someone nice. The doctors I’ve seen have been pretty good but the pharmacy staff just seems like they hate their job, and it’s a toss up if the staff at the check in window are going to be miserable too. This place makes me miss my old insurance, doctors offices, and pharmacy. I dread anytime I have to go up there because I know I’ll be jumping through hoops for anything I need. The front desk ladies here are the worst, which is sad because the medical staff is so nice. As much as I'd like to leave a nice review for them, the front desk outweighs their politeness.

I've always had a pleasant experience. Kind and professional staff. Sometimes there is a wait, but that's healthcare. They're always quick to get my daughter in when I call.
