Better than expected, but they rarely answer the phones and it does take a long time to see a provider (around 30 days).
Once in, they have a decent system in place, where you take a number, get checked in and see your provider. Basically similar to other clinics on post. No complaints during my visit, took about an hour including the pharmacy wait.
Absolutely love this place. For the most part, the staff is friendly and helpful. Doctors are always professional and the pharmacy staff is top notch. The lab lady is friendly and finds your vein fast! I’m grateful and thankful for them.
Been coming to HMMH for years and have NEVER had any issues. Been going to WOMACK Old & New since 1990 and NEVER had any issues......ever!!! Guess I'm Blessed to be able to say that I Absolutely Love Military Healthcare ☆☆☆☆☆
