Instead, when out running errands, saw this Great Clips and thought how bad could it be? At least they will have sharp scissors! Popped in and was greeted by the loveliest stylist (hot pink hair - please forgive my inability to remember names) and was sitting in a chair within a minute. She asked so many questions about how I wanted my bangs trimmed, and checked with me as she snipped, making sure that I was happy with the result.
