Cassandra was nice however she said she had 20 yrs experience. Maybe as a shampoo girl? She was not knowledgeable with perms, had issues rolling and u rolling my hair. The manager was on his phone while servicing others (personal calls) then sat and vaped afterwards 😂. My stylist said she had only been there 3 weeks. He saw her struggling yet offered no advice or even seemed to care. I have went to this location on the past for my hair care. I have never had issue before. Wile playing on her phone I asked if she was going to cap me? She stated they didn't do that anymore. Then picked up the cap and said oh I forgot. (20 yrs experience???). Great experience overall. The stylist did an excellent job with my highlights, layers, and styling. She was professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable. I left very happy and would definitely recommend her.
Had a great experience at Mebane, NC salon on 4/22/26. My stylist Siegfried was amazing with my new hairstyle. Siegfried is kind, helpful and patient while I tried to decide which style I liked the best, and his service was above and beyond making sure of exactly which hairstyle I wanted.
