“The name “Man Cave Salon” is a bit misleading, this awesome salon is not just for men! Kris Cuevas (owner) has created an inviting, comfortable, eclectic and safe space for EVERYONE including LGBTQ+ people, to get their hair cut. Kris and her staff are friendly and welcoming! My wife and I brought our 4yr old son for a haircut, and I was also scheduled for one at the same time. We were late for the appointments, and arrived about 20 min before they closed, they still agreed to cut our hair. Cara cut my hair and I appreciate that she was patient and listened to what I wanted. Kris (the owner) was patient and entertaining to our son. He was restless and she made a suggestion to him to go look at something else in her salon (while she followed him and continued to cut his hair), adapting to make it work with him. This was a great experience ! We will be returning!“

“Rysa has scheduled and rescheduled me multiple times and is always accommodating with my changing schedule. She always finds time for me. I have also messed my own nails up and asked her to fix two of them just five days in to the manicure. She did it for free even though I offered to pay. She’s always upfront about how much it will cost, and I bring the amount we agreed on and it’s always right on the money! Great person!“

“Wonderful gem of an Aveda Salon! Easy to find with ample parking. The first thing I noticed was how GREAT the salon smelled! The entire salon was neat and well stocked/organized. The salon has its own private room for each stylist which offers privacy and a more intimate experience. The salon is the cleanest salon I think I’ve ever been to!
I was greeted by Carrie with a smile and she was so friendly! We instantly cliqued and it felt like I had known her forever. She listened to my current critique of my hair and what I wanted different. She knocked the ball out of the park! The end result was exactly what I was looking for and I walked out of the salon happier with my hair than I had been in a long time!! I’m so glad I found Carrie and look forward to my next appointment with her! She is friendly, professional, very knowledgeable with Aveda products and color! I can’t say enough about her! She had THE MOST BEAUTIFUL hair color and style. I asked her where she got her hair done. It was then that she referred me to Allure hair salon for highlights and haircut. Sarah did my highlights and it was the best highlight job I have ever had in my life! Sherri did my haircut a little later and also did not disappoint. Those ladies are very personable very friendly and my plan was to be a customer for life because I was so relieved to finally found find, someone that could understand my hair and also understand how I wanted it to look. “I take a little child to get their hair washed and braided at Crowns Salon & Hair Clinic, by Tricia Bailey. When I first brought the child in, their hair needed a lot of work to get it brushed out. Tricia was patient with the child and allowed breaks as needed. The child was scared at first and now loves getting their hair done and feels confident afterwards. Ms. Tricia listens to the child and lets them give ideas for styles. She provides water, snacks and even coloring books to help during the process. One time after getting their hair braided, they woke up the next day, looked in the mirror and said, “Ms. Tricia is GOOD at doing hair. I look good.”“
