We discussed what I wanted for my cut upfront but what stood out to me was how she continued to check in and communicate with me while she was cutting my hair. We did a big cut so that made me feel comfortable and at ease. Erran took her time making sure the final look was perfect, and it absolutely was! As a toddler Mom, it’s been a long time since I felt that good about myself, I nearly cried right there in the chair, happy tears of course! I’m so happy I found my new stylist and bonus points because she was an absolute delight to chat with!“
