Cesar is wonderful! My hair has never looked better in my entire life! I came in unsure of what color would work best. I ask Cesar to make recommendations and he chose the perfect color, cut and style based on our consultation. He colored, cut and blew out my style. I looked and felt like a new person. Cesar performed MAGIC on my hair. My hair was a mess from other places over processing and not listening to my needs. I have been to most high end hair salons in Hendersonville, I have found my home at Cesar's. He actually listens to what you want, looks at your pictures and then tells you what he thinks.
