Alterations at Nordstrom

Good alterations that fit well. Some spare strings and such left over after the fact that weren't too bothersome to trim. However we had to pick it up a day later than they said because they were late on finishing alterations.

I have always had good experiences with Nordstrom tailoring. I’ve never had an issue. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. The scheduling is very flexible during weekdays and more busy during the holidays or weekends.

I had a dress for a very special occasion altered by Ping. It took several fittings and it was more complicated than I realized it would be. Ping made quite an effort to get every detail exactly right. She was so kind and helpful and so incredibly talented. She genuinely cared about how it came out and that I felt beautiful in it. I am a plump middle-aged woman so that was a talent in itself! The dress came out absolutely beautiful; and fits so well. I am very grateful for all of her hard work, creativity, talent and also for her kindness to me.
