I made an emergency appointment with Dr. Rosenstein on a Thursday morning after suddenly losing most of my vision in my right eye. I got in direct contact with Dr. Rosenstein immediately and before operating hours.After an incredibly efficient and caring assessment by Dr. Rosenstein and his entire team, he sent my wife and me off to Duke Hospital with a one sheet of all of the information the ER needed and had called ahead to ensure I was seen right away.All throughout the emergency appointment, Dr. Rosenstein maintained a posture of controlled urgency which made me feel both validated and safe. This was by farrrrrrrrr the best vision center I have ever been too, everyone is super helpful and nice the doctor is super nice and I would recommend this place to anyone that is iffy about eye exams.

After finding out that Sams club hasn't had an eye doctor in three years a friend recommended that I check out Rosenstein. I am so glad that I did. Initially my appointment was supposed to be in January, but they put me on a cancelation list and they called me to come in on Monday. The staff was so warm and friendly-and they made me feel so at home. I was able to get fully checked up in and out in less than an hour!They have a great selection of eye glasses and contacts. I would recommend checking them out!
