Ean is a remarkable young man and an excellent HVAC technician. He diagnosed the cause of my compressor rattle and offered a path to resolve my cooling problem.
Got home from 2 weeks out of town. House was stuffy. 4 year old air conditioner not working even though it was recently serviced. I knew it was probably not a broken part, perhaps something electrical. My regular service vendor was not available for Saturday emergency service. Called Ean. Arrived an hour later. An hour after that my A/C was back in business. Please support your local small business owner. Many thanks for the late Saturday afternoon service!
