Air Innovations is awesome from the time you call 'til the time they leave. Making an appointment is awesome with the pleasant and professional lady who answers the phone. Our AC was out and she was able to get them to come out on a Friday afternoon to fix it. She was able to get techs out sooner than originally scheduled which was great. They called on their way to update me on timing. The gentlemen arrived, put on shoe covers and fixed the AC. They waited for a while after to ensure it was in great working condition. They gave me some recommendations on air filters for a separate issue. I would definitely recommend Air Innovations in Durham to anyone and everyone who is looking for AC or heating problems. They are wonderful.
Absolutely the best customer service!!! They were a life saver after a botched job. So grateful for them being able to do the job right. Would highly recommend!!
I’ve had Josh here twice and I’m so impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and demeanor. Last night, on a Saturday he was here working on the roof of my condo building because the AC wasn’t working. It was pouring rain, but he continued working. At one point he had to stop because it was becoming dangerous to be working with electric wires. He left and said he’d come back the next day, a Sunday. Within five minutes I received a text that he was coming back because the rain had stopped and it was starting to clear up. He returned and spent another 1/2 hour on the roof. He returned to check the filter and was on his way. In all the years I’ve had professionals come out for one reason or another I can say that I’ve never been as impressed as I am with Josh’s overall experience, efficiency and dedication. I will never consider using another company for my heating and AC needs. I’d give more stars if I could! Thank you Josh!
