“I honestly can not say enough great things about this place and Dr. Spencer Charlet. If there was a 10 star I'd rate this place a 10 star. First off everyone is so friendly and cheerful. You can always get an appointment fast and they remember who you are right away. I had a herniated disc last year. I'd seen about 4 different doctors. None of them wanted to do anything outside of give me pain meds and injections that didn't last more than a few weeks. Needless to say I needed surgery and got surgery from completely different area ( but that's another story). I was in constant pain all last year and my quality of life was terrible from it. Dr. Charlet ALWAYS listens to YOU and how you feel regardless of what imaging or tests may say. If you have questions or need an explanation he'll take the time to explain it. He was the only one in the whole greater charlotte area who listened to me and BELIEVED ME last year and tried everything he could do to make sure I was not in as much pain. Having someone care, remember you, truley listen and believe you and make sure to do whatever he could to help speeks volumes. He did more for me than the neurosurgeons and orthopedic doctors didn't in this area last year. I would 1000 time recommend him!!!“

I just had a massage with Patricia at Westlake Massage, and it was absolute magic. Our home recently flooded, and between sleeping on a kid’s Nugget couch and the guest bed, my neck and shoulders were a disaster — I could barely turn my head. Patricia spent so much time working through the tension in my neck, head, shoulders, and even my face (tension headaches, anyone?) that I literally floated out of there. It was incredibly relaxing, and honestly, I hadn’t realized just how bad I needed it until I left feeling human again. Husbands: don’t just get your wife/mom/teacher a gift card—go ahead and book the appointment. Tell her, “I’ve got the kids—go relax for two hours.” Trust me, you will be a HERO. “What a beautiful space! Peaceful, serene, zen, Afrocentric aesthetic is just gorgeous. I have been here twice and each time my massage has been amazing. Perfect pressure, and very relaxing. The massage bed is comfortable not hard like other places I've been. I literally fall asleep each time. The check in and check out process is easy and quick. “I was diagnosed with posterior tibial tendonitis and plantar fasciitis and it was suspected I also had tarsal tunnel syndrome in my left foot/ankle. I heard about Rapid neural fascial reset but there were no therapist certified near me. I searched and found Melanie at Resilience Therapeutics and decided to make the over 5 hour drive from Virginia Beach to Huntersville to see if she could help me. I had been on crutches for two months when I came in for my first visit. Melanie spent over an hour with me knowing that I had come a long way hoping for help in avoiding the steroid injection that my orthopedic doctor wanted me to get. I walked out of that session without crutches and have not used them since.

I am typing this up on my car ride back home to Virginia after my 4th visit. My husband came along this time and was also treated with Rapid NFR by Melanie. I am not 100%, but I am doing better and I can’t thank Melanie enough. She really takes her time to address the problem and really cares about the people she treats. I will continue to drive the 5 plus hours to see Melanie. It is worth it to avoid going back in a boot and on crutches and to avoid surgery or steroid injection. I highly recommend Melanie and her practice.“
