All the prior reviews are spot on!I have been attending weekly physical therapy for sciatica pain with minimal results. I've been desperate for relief and stumbled upon Knead and Knots website. I walked in feeling significant pain and walked out pain free and for that I am so grateful. I am scheduled for monthly visits and can't wait until my next session!

I have been seeing Ginny regularly (every 4 weeks) for years. She is amazing. This is beyond a spa relaxation massage, she is taking in your information and using different modalities in the same session to help you relax and also relieve you of pain. My whole family has regular visits. She is definitely a hidden Huntersville gem.

Had my first session yesterday w/ Ginny and it was awesome! Had low back pain above my hip and woke up today with it resolved ?! Definitely recommend and will be returning asap! Ginny is a master at her craft!
