The client's family was abusing the agency's services. The services rendered were not to be waiting on the family hand & foot & doing personal things for them at the expense of the company. Larry is a compassionate person & cares very deeply for his clients & his workers! None of his CNA's conducted any wrong doing here. The family has done this with other company's also.“
