Our vacation rental guests called late Friday afternoon to say the water pressure was low and there was not enough water coming in to flush the toilets. After a call to the city of Waynesville Water Dept & a confirmation later that night that our pressure from the street was good we had to find someone willing to track down a water pump booster and install it - over the weekend after hours - to provide our guests with what they paid for to stay with us. Villazon did not have a pump in the warehouse but called their plumbing rep and tracked one down for us, drove from Waynesville to Asheville & back and installed the new pump in record time. A BIG thanks to Jarrett who made 2 trips to our house to determine the problem & then back again to do the install. “I had my crawl space encapsulated a week ago and found water on the new plastic. I found it was coming from the valve on the water heater. Steve from Western Carolina Plumbing was next door working on their plumbing issue. I walked over and asked for information to schedule a time to have them come out and look at my plumbing issue. He said he would come right over and look at it. Once he was done next door, he came over and replaced the valve and rerouted the drain out of the crawl space and to a proper drain. He was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. He also checked other pipes in my crawl space I had concerns about. He was a huge help and took a huge load off my mind by helping immediately. Western Carolina Plumbing is now my go-to for any plumbing needs in the future.“
