“I graduated from Pinnacle back in April, and honestly have nothing but good things to say about it.the instructors are incredible and really do care. Ms. Penny is the basics teacher who gets the students prepared to enter the floor and take clients. She is charismatic and such a kind soul, whom I will never forget. Ms. Teresa is one of the most entertaining teachers I’ve ever had and I will always carry that with me! She is the instructor who teacher nail, hair pieces and basic wig applications. However the most note worth classes Ms. Teresa teaches are the state board classes. Put into her classes what she puts into her instructions and I can basically guarantee you will pass both your written and practice state board. They are two of the most kind instructors there who will always have your back should you need anything, and I mean anything. Do what you’re supposed to do and follow the rules and you will find lasting friendships and a support system even after graduation. I never expected to find such wonderful, caring instructors, but I did and I wouldn’t change my experience for the world. These are not the only instructors however. Ms. Kemper who is the lead instructor on the floor may seem intimidating at first, but I promise you she is every bit as kind and understanding and compassionate . You can go to her for anything. She helped me through a number of personal issues and always had my back. Now I cant forget Ms. Gray and Ms. Abigail!! Another of my favorite instructors! They were always there when I needed them, whether I needed help, questions answered or just good conversation. I owe my experience to all these women who helped make it possible for this single mom to succeed. They became like family and I will forever be great full towards every single one. We have tons of laughs and they helped me walk out prepared to begin my next step at an incredible salon. Now let’s not forget Ms. Annette the office lady who always brought a smile to my face and always had our backs no matter what. I will never forget her sense of humor and her kind works. None of this would be possible however without the owner of pinnacle, Steve. He has gone above and beyond to create not only a thriving school for his students but he has also gone out of his was multiple time to protect our safety. He puts our safety first and foremost which give us the opportunity to focus on what were there to do. He doesn’t hear it enough, but I would I like to say thank you Steve for always looking out for us. I highly recommend this school for anyone who is considering a career in cosmetology. You won’t regret it as long as you are there to focus on your soon to be bright future.“
