“Just wanted to drop a review because I see my girl Jenny again this morning and I’m feeling grateful! Jenny has done my hair probably 5 or 6 times now and she’s truly amazing, so fun to talk to, a great listener and most importantly for this review specifically— and excellent stylist. I like to change my hair a lot and I’ve experienced other stylists in the past that almost take offense to me switching it up. Jenny is just happy to be along for the ride and I love and appreciate that about her.

I can’t leave a review without shouting out the owner Carleigh as well. I was the photographer for her wedding AND I’ve worked alongside her at other weddings while she was styling and she is such a delight. One of my favorite people to see and work with!

Of course I recommend this salon. And as a person super big on aesthetics, what Carleigh has done with this space is unbelievable. So well decorated, so pleasing to the eye, and very serene with a signature scent you can only smell when you walk into Fletcher and Gaines. If you haven’t found a place to call your home salon, consider it found now!“

“Absolutely incredible. I always feel good after she washes my hair after a men’s cut and straight razors the back of my neck. She’s accommodating to my ever changing work schedule as well. Excellent location with safe parking and easily make your haircut more of an experience with the downtown area. My kids love to run around the downtown area after we all get our haircuts and eat at local restaurants.“

“Carla’s natural beauty brows are the real deal! She is meticulous! Carla takes time to go over the process and even though her info presentation is very thorough, she seeks your questions to be sure that you are comfortable. Your satisfaction is essential every step of the way. There is some discomfort but it isn’t bad. Really! The result is so worth it! If you are on the fence, go for it. Game changer. Edited to add. I tried to do a separate review for Melissa but google and I are not playing well together. Melissa is taking great care of my face! She is kind, positive, informative, and offers suggestions with no pressure. I love the products and the support. She gave me the confidence to get off the fence about my eyebrows and she was so right! You will always leave Renova feeling better than when you arrived.“
