“I have visited this Ulta for about 10 years now, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Over the years management has changed, but I honestly love the new management even more. Both Sams who work here are some of the kindest most wonderful women you’ll ever meet, always extremely helpful and understanding. It is very easy to make returns if things don’t work out, and they always have my online orders ready for pickup.

As for the salon services, I’ve used multiple stylists throughout my time, with only one experience being a little rough. The one bad experience was attempting to turn my nearly black hair into honey blonde, which already was a bad idea in itself. The stylist who did my hair that time around no longer works here. Besides that, I have used Valeka and David for color, haircuts, and makeup, both of them are extremely skilled in their craft.

Lastly, I also have used the brow bar and received assistance from their Clinique ambassador, David. Tonya is their main brow bar stylist, and I cannot say enough nice things about her. I’ve seen Tonya for my brows for 4 years, she is always on the top of her game. She also is just an incredible human being all around. Tonya always listens to my concerns and delivers, leaving me always feeling beautiful and heard after each appointment. I could not recommend her more to anyone looking for brow services. As for David, a passionate and fun individual who knows a lot about skincare and makeup, always a joy to be around.
