Based on the reviews, Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Urgent Care offers wonderful, compassionate, and professional care. The oncology staff shows kindness and genuine concern, taking time to answer questions and support patients and families. The pharmacy service is great and fast with accessible parking. At the Clemmons location, Dr. Vu was great and painless for stitch removal, and the location is efficiently run. Nurses are incredibly kind and knowledgeable, providing detailed instructions for wound care. Blood draws are quick, painless, and handled by a very nice lady. The provider was wonderful and the staff overall are sweet and wonderful. This is the only urgent care location worth driving an hour to visit, with zero complaints.
This urgent is where I go because it is professional and people are nice, cleanliness is a must. Today my experience earned four stars due to a nurse saying she didn't have time for me to pull up my period app to know when my last cycle was. That made me feel like an annoyance. Her reasoning was being short staffed, that no one showed up to work. She added unknown start date to my chart so when the PA came in she probably thought I was pregnant or something else, even had a pregnancy test ran when no way I could be given my last period date. Our family has had a wonderful experience with the oncology staff at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist. My wife has been receiving care through their oncology team, and the compassion and professionalism shown by everyone involved has meant more to us than words can describe.
From the nurses to the doctors, every person we’ve encountered has been kind, attentive, and truly invested in her care. They take the time to answer questions, explain things clearly, and make sure patients feel supported during what can be a very stressful time.

Every experience is normally great and beyond satisfactory here, especially Dr Haas ! That’s my girl :) she’s been my doctor since day 1 literally….. However one time i had to get in with someone else last minute named Dr Zvolensky, and It was awful, i was having (what i didn’t know at the time was) colitis issues, and i asked to show her pictures and she said “ew gross i don’t want to see that” …….. I feel like that’s all i have to say about her, anyway go see Dr. Haas, her bedside manner is beyond professional and she shows actual compassion
