I love my doctora here. Both Cody(primary) and Herlihey(gastroenterologist)are amazing. The office staff is hit or miss, but the level of care I get with them has me overlook that. I pay out of pocket just because the drs my insurance covers suck!

I was hesitant due to the many negative reviews but I actually had a really good experience. I walked in with no appt and they were able to get me in. Wait time wasn’t even that bad compared to other places I’ve been for walk-ins. The receptionists were pleasant and helpful. The electronic check in was easy and clear and I liked that I was able to even pay my copay with the device. The nurses were friendly and I had no issues with my meds being sent to my pharmacy. Overall a good experience and I would return.

The providers are great but the admin leaves much to be desired. I was not seen at my last THREE appointments (two of which I fasted for!), because their scheduling, foresight and communication are that bad. That’s on top of the fact that about only 50% of the front desk seems like they are there to help you. Really sucks, because I am willing to put up with a lot to avoid changing doctors, but I feel like my hand is being forced because of fixable issues. It’s a real shame.
