Scott (who is the owner of this company, and came out himself instead of sending someone else, which is a massive green flag) and his colleague came out early on a Saturday on an emergency call and found the issue with my electric. Now mind you, it was bright and early, he was out here no later than 7:30 am and understood my worries and was very patient. He immediately got to work on the issue and even made a trip to Lowe's to get the solution, and even upgraded the fixture he replaced. Sudden windstorm knocked the powerline loose from my house and damaged the riser. Scott and his team were onsite within hours of me placing a request on their website. His team worked quickly and communicated super well and kept me informed. They had come highly recommended from friends and family. I’ll definitely be using them for any future home repair needs!
Josh came today to change a service LB. He was very professional and did great work. He took the time to look at my breaker panel and explained how everything worked. I would highly recommend Mcbride Owen's for all residual electrical needs.
