Excellent all around experience with Brandon Plumbing? We had a tankless water heater installed by some big box type outfit and when it came time for our annual service, I knew I didn't want to use them again. Found Brandon and what a fabulous experience! Delightful service from the very first call. Will did a great job on the service and Ricky explained how our system works and why we experienced the challenges we did. FAR better than the one install experience. They'll for sure be my first call next time!
we had them out to fix our commode leaking and they were here right around the time stated, they were very pleasant, as well as very fair pricing. I would highly recommend them and would use them again for any of our plumbing needs.
Brandon Plumbing deserves 5 stars and I’d give him 6 if I could. Owner was really nice, professional, and clearly working hard to get the job done as quickly as possible, with high quality, even though I wasn’t in a rush. He replaced my hot water heater, took the time to show me the condition of the old unit, and explained everything in simple, easy-to-understand terms. Afterward, he walked me through the work he had done so I could see the quality for myself.
