First off the salon was extremely clean and all the staff were friendly. Due to the texture of my hair my appointment took longer than most, but all the stylists jumped in and helped make sure I was taken care of. The salon provided coffee and snacks during the whole process and let me tell you the sink where you get your hair washed was by far the most comfortable. My neck usually kills me when I lean my head back, but this one was different. Katie was my stylist and she did not disappoint. She blew my expectations away and her expertise really shined. Such a welcoming place! I've had my hair dyed there for over a year now and it's such a calming and nice place and everyone is so polite. I've had my hair dyed, silver, orange, red and back to brown and it's always turned out beautifully and better than what I had initially envisioned. It's definitely a lovely place if you're thinking about getting your hair cut, dyed, etc.

I absolutely adore this salon. I always see Sarah R and she is magnificent! I spent a lot of years not getting my hair done regularly after moving to NC because I had only ever gone to one person for 20 years. My husband is a client of Shannon and would always tell me that he thought I’d really like the salon. Like is an understatement. Sarah is easy to chat with, constantly makes me laugh, and her skills are superb. She colored my hair just before my wedding and my hair color may have been my favorite part of my whole look that day (my dress was to die for, that’s just how good the color was)If you want vivid colors, Sarah is your girl!Service: Hair coloring
