The waiting room was updated nicely. The new staff was friendly and professional. I was thinking about leaving after going here for 5 years with my son, but I will stay now that they have updated their services to the customers. Someone was listening to us. Thank you.

I had a pleasant experience during my appointment, the nurses and providers were very kind and attentive. However, I unfortunately had a lot of frustration recieving my follow up medications. I was told I would recieve a script for an antibiotic but that was never sent over to the pharmacy, I called the number provided at minimum 4 times and each time was told “I will send another message to the provider”. Finally I drove back up to the clinic to see if someone could help me and they said they would have this taken care of, but I still have not recieved any updates on this very necessary prescription. I always love coming here because they care about my wellbeing. I love the receptionists and their personalities. My Female Nurse Practitioners are always on point with finding the best way to get to the route of my mental and physical health ?
