This is the best hospital in Charlotte region. The staff here are excellent and show compassionate care. I hope God blesses all of the staff. I am thankful for a hospital like this in our community.

Manazha is one of the most caring and diligent healthcare professionals I've had the pleasure of doing business with. She goes way above and beyond to ensure patients are truly cared for. If I could, I'd be requesting her every time I visit.

I cannot gush enough about the AMAZING experience we had at PMC! From the ED to surgery, to the 4th floor med/surg/telemetry unit. My mom received the most attentive and responsive care from each and every team member we encountered. From patient registration, nurses, CNAs, physicians, administration, patient transport, cafe service, etc...everyone who works here is so kind and friendly. The stressful medical situation my mother was experiencing was turned into a pleasant ride through the Novant medical system.
