I’m a new patient and I must say, my experience from scheduling my appointment to the days of my visits was phenomenal! Denise at the front desk is a joy! Very courteous and professional. She made me feel as if I was a long time patient. The dental staff was just as phenomenal! Very courteous, made me feel relaxed and was very informative! Dr. Khondoker was absolutely AMAZING! He took the time to explain my dental health, detailed options and was VERY informative and patient. I had a tooth extracted and he was gentle, quick and the procedure was pain free! Everyone in this office exudes positivity, from the front desk to the back office staff. During my recent visit with Dr. Khondoker, the procedure was smooth and efficient. When I recently moved to the Charlotte area, I was thrilled to discover Dr. Nagel's dental office. My experience with his team has been exceptional, starting with Robin, his skilled hygienist who provided meticulous care in cleaning my teeth. What struck me most about Dr. Nagel was his impressive bedside manner that instantly put me at ease, and his great sense of humor only added to the positive experience.
