There aren’t enough stars in the galaxy to rate the great service I received at Aspen dental at 8020 Northlake Creek Drive in Charlotte N C Dr. B, Paige,Nate and Lidia delivered such a professional and attentive service it created a lasting and embedded impression. I had a bottom partial broken in half not only was the cost reasonable but the work to restore my partial was impeccable they fixed it cleaned it and the result was a partial that looked absolutely new and when leaving, my exit was so electrifying and genuinely warm that I felt very very special . Haven’t had dentures replaced in 20 or so years, Aspen dental made my dream come true, the entire staff from the receptionist to the doctor were so friendly and explaining the whole process
I’d like to take a minute to give thanks and appreciation to the Doctors and staff at Aspen Dental Northlake. I went in not know the direction I was going with my mouth. Starting from the front desk, X-ray tech all of the way back to the examination room with Dr. Buddendeck who examined me the staff each one that came in contact with was so polite and attentive. Making sure that all of my concerns were addressed and the ones that I had never thought of. I decided to have surgery and came back two days later the atmosphere didn’t disappoint it was the same as previous visit.
