I've had good experiences with my appointments when they actually take place. However, 2 out of what I believe have been 3 or 4 visits, I've received a text a couple of days before my appointment stating that no dental hygienists were available on the scheduled day.
I'm generally an understanding person, but when I schedule an appointment six months in advance and then receive a text just a few days beforehand telling me I need to reschedule, it's frustrating. Staff is kind and courteous, they explain exactly what they're doing as they're doing it, they make sure you're comfortable while doing the work, and they make sure they've done the work correctly. Glad to have found their practice!
