I have worked with Mark and Company at different factifies over the years. Have never had any issues with the service.
the techs have always been pleasant and knowable.
I have work with Harry several times who has gone above and beyond to get thing up and running asap, even if it was a temporary work around until parts came in.
The Climate Control of Charlotte team was exceptional. They replaced one of our main units in the Shads Landing Community. They were professional, pleaseant, and kept made us aware of everything they were doing. Scott came after the work had been completed to ensure everything was done correctly and was working properly. This is our first time working with Climate Control and I will be recommending them to our Sister Communities in the North Carolina Area!
I’ve been using Climate Control for several years now, and trust is extremely important to me when it comes to choosing a company. They have consistently provided excellent customer service and have always shown honesty, professionalism, and integrity in their work. Their commitment to doing the job right and taking care of their customers truly speaks for itself. I highly recommend Climate Control to anyone looking for a company they can depend on!
