Zach from Roto-rooter did an excellent job! He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the plumbing issue, and fixed it efficiently. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. He also made sure everything was working properly before he left and cleaned up after the job. I really appreciate his great service
Zach diagnosed problem quickly and cleared a toilet backup with one auger run. Appreciate his consideration of what caused the problem in the first place and will hope whoever uses that toilet will be more careful.
