While some front desk staff could improve their interactions, overall, the staff at Atrium Health Weight Management are dedicated to providing personalized support and care.
Dr. Judge was very kind and compassionate, albeit a bit awkward. 4* because the front desk staff is a bit rude/unprofessional. Overall I'm happy with my visit here, they do what they should be doing, and I usually leave my appointments content.
I truly wish that Stacy Spratley, NP was still with the practice because she was very compassionate, personable, and made me feel heard as a patient. I had an appointment yesterday with a different provider (Holly Reece, PA-C) who was dismissive towards me & in turn I left the office in tears and feeling defeated. As a healthcare professional myself, I wouldn't have the audacity to treat a patient in that manner or make them feel unheard.. Be better and treat your patients from all walks of life with genuine kindness and respect.
I was very skeptical because of the reviews I read before my appointment. I met Dr.Priya Patel today! She is the sweetest provider I’ve ever met! I felt her care, concern and compassion throughout the entire visit. She was professional, knowledgeable, and she explained what our professional relationship will look like and how I can accomplish my goals. I’m so excited to be on this journey. I’m excited to take this journey with AHWM.
