I have been going here since 2008. I love Dr. Gersin. I had to see Dr. Bellafonte well she recently left. I hated to see her go. I recently saw Julie Linder, I do not like to be pushed to the side or given the run around or lied to. First of all went before Thanksgiving she needed a letter from my Dr before she gave me meds she got it the next day. I called then I’m told that she off the entire week the next week. Fine but why not communicate that, then I message y’all on atrium you don’t respond. My messages are ignored. Then you finally call my meds in when you get ready then you close and call in the mg the amount you want it to be instead of what we discussed....read full review

Doctors are alright, sometimes feels as thought they’re dragging their feet and not a lot of information for my doctors.. the real reason I’m writing this review is the receptionist lady, she’s absolutely terrible I think her name is Wanda, African American woman red wig, heavier lady. You have to wait until she’s done gossiping with the staff, and when she checks you in she’s just so rude. Working the front desk isn’t that difficult of a job.

There's a lady by the name of Heather that works at the front desk who is really helpful. She goes above and beyond to make sure you feel appreciated and if she can't answer questions she will not stop until she finds out. She has been very helpful to me and has treated me very well. She really cares about patients.
