This company is terrible. I was not informed this company would be used. This is my first encounter and im having the same issue as others. They stated several invoices were sent but I only received one. Also stated that they did not have additional information but you received my mailing address. They sent $25 to collections. I wish I could give no stars.
Illegal!!! Beware, this group is performing illegal actions with their billing. I, like many others, have the same issues. They aren't sending invoices, sending to collections, not properly billing insurance, balance billing, and withholding people's money. This is also unethical. These complaints need to be filed higher up statewide to shut this company down! I will be withdrawing from Atrium, just so I am not forced to do any business with this group!
Place is a scam, never received a bill at all. Got a text message today stating they sent it to collections over $50 dollars. Never a phone call, email, letter or anything to pay the $50. Beware!!!!
