10/10 experience from start to finish. Dr Donovan Thompson was very thorough & took time to explain everything that my OBGYN medical team didn’t explain to me regarding my medical issue, reviewed my tests/scans & made sure I was comfortable during my entire visit. The nursing staff was great as well. Highly recommend!
As a walk-in patient on a Sunday afternoon I was seen within only a minute or two of arrival. Dr. Patel managed my care with compassion, efficiency, and insightfulness. Within 3 hours she was able to correctly diagnose an issue that my primary care provider had failed to spot. The nursing and radiology staff were also excellent. Before being discharged I was given very clear follow-up instructions and I left with a strong understanding of my next steps towards improving my health. My wife has been here 3 times in the past two weeks for treatment for hyponatremia. Everyone, from the entry security personnel, check-in staff and treatment teams she has seen has been outstanding and showed absolutely genuine concern for her problem. I would like to especially highlight Drs Thompson and Piramzadian, nurses Kathleen and Carol, Justhyn who signed her out (wonderful way to end a very worthwhile visit) as well as respiratory techs, lab techs and every other staff member who worked with her for their kindness, professionalism and outstanding treatment.
