I recently had a endoscopy and colonoscopy at the new Novant facility on Providence Road West. The facility itself is beautiful. Everyone is very helpful and gives you personalized attention from checking in to exiting. And the surgical services team goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and relaxed. They rate way over five stars and all of them amazing! Kathleen, my recovery and check out nurse was adorable and kept me smiling with her sense of humor.
I was sent to the ER by my cardiologist because of chest pain and fast heart beat. This ER could not have been, kinder, more efficient, and very thorough. I was impressed with everyone there. The follow up care was also amazing! Thank you to all the staff!
