About UNC Rex Laboratory Draw Station at Panther Creek

I’ve seen many lab draw station in my life, but I’ve never seen one so well and efficiently run. We only live once so if you’re going to pick a draw station, you need to pick this one. Don’t make this complicated on yourself.
It is the first time this happens to me. At the front desk at 10:03 am today January 9 2026. The lady with hair pink was very rude. I understand was very busy but needs to be more kind. Everyone has stress. Not need more stress even less from a health worker.
Front desk is very rude, I’ve been to this location recently two separate times and both people that have greeted me and my mother were very rude and just asked for ID and insurance no “hey” “welcome how are you nothing” when you don’t have the items they ask for they just interrupt you without knowledge of why we were even there. FYI to the front desk and the doctor there, you don’t know what people are going through when they are coming to get test show some service and people skills please as this is a hospital setting thank you
