Nicole is the best stylist I’ve ever had. She always listens to what I am hoping for/wanting and does it the right way every time. The interior of the salon is a bit dated, but it doesn’t affect the professionalism shown by the entire staff and the quality of their work. Everyone is well trained in Aveda hair care and products and I never leave disappointed. The location is easy to access too which is always plus for me when it comes to traffic anywhere in Wake County.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I have been a loyal customer of The Hair and Face Lounge for quite some time now, and I must say, the service and care I receive here are outstanding.In the recent years, I noticed that the prices have gone up quite significantly, which was a bit surprising. While the price increase was a bit unexpected, I understand that businesses need to adapt to changing circumstances.What keeps me coming back, despite the price increase, is the consistently excellent service and the genuine care provided by the staff.I would love to see more affordable options or loyalty programs introduced to help offset the increased costs for loyal customers.
