I’ve been a patient here since about 2018. I typically saw Katie Lukasik who was fantastic.Months after my first visit since the practice becoming affiliated with UNC and AMM Healthcare I received a collections letter for an unpaid bill. However I never received any bills directly from wellness family practice or calls alerting me to an outstanding balance on my account. I’m more than happy to pay my bills, but I have to be informed of them. They have lost a customer.

I have been a patient here for about 3-4 years and am still so happy I did the research to find a compassionate, intelligent and down-to-earth doctor like Dr. Lukasik. I do miss Sandy and Breanna in the front office, but the new front office staff have been nothing but kind to me and my family. There is a wait to be seen, but there’s a reason for it….the doctors, pa’s, lab tech’s, etc. REALLY CARE and take their time with each patient as if they were their own family member. I have been to so many different doctors and specialists and no one will give you a listening ear and special attention like these experts do. The office staff here is outstanding, Brianna and Sandy always go above and beyond to help get you in when you need to be seen quickly. Natalie Small is outstanding as well and is always super knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients well being.Update 4-21-22The office staff here used to be the best part about this place. They always got you in quickly and were as pleasant as could be. The past couple of times I have called, the younger receptionist is kind of short and seems annoyed with your questions, same in person too unfortunately.
